ABOUT ME

       My name is Anahi Konrad and I was born in Austria. My childhood was spent surrounded by spruce forests where I played, picked wild fruits such as blueberries and raspberries and spent time with my family. These forests gave me comfort in times of sadness and my admiration and fascination for them defined my profession today.

​        I have 20 years of experience in the tourist sector as a mountain guide, transmitting my passion for nature to hikers in the natural environment of the island of la Gomera.

      

        In recent years, the discovery of the practice of Shinrin-yoku has allowed me to deepen my understanding of the connections between human beings and nature and to focus my activities along these lines. I qualified at the Forest Therapy Hub and currently offer Forest Bathing on the island of la Gomera.
